Cancellation Rights

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that descriptions in this catalogue are accurate. If for any reason an item is not acceptable, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the eighth working day AFTER you receive the goods, except where the goods have been personalised or made to your specification, or in the case of audio or visual recordings or computer software. A working day is any day except a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. In order to cancel, you must write, fax or email us to tell us you are cancelling your order and return the goods to us as unused and in good condition at your own expense. Bulk Purchases/Overseas Orders - ERIC reserves the right to charge the client a sum up to the net profit applicable to the order placed and any transaction charges that may apply as a result of a refund issued. A charge of up to 15% of the original invoice value can be levied, by discretion, on any shipping orders subsequently cancelled.

We will refund the price and the amount you paid for your original postage and packing.

Your complaint will be dealt with as soon as possible. In most cases the item will be returned to the manufacturer for a second opinion based on a report. A decision will then be made upon receipt of this report. We cannot offer a refund or exchange without the goods having firstly been returned for investigation purposes. We reserve the right to refuse any order, at our discretion.
